Delicious buttery, melt in the mouth Scottish shortbread is a thing of wonder. In this class we will teach you how to make shortbread using an old family recipe. Once the dough is made, we will show you how to present it in three different ways – Petticoat Tails, Highlander Shortbread rolled in Demerara sugar, and classic shortbread biscuits. During the class we will talk about different flavourings and at the end of the class we will help you pack up your shortbread to take away with you.
