Description
A wee pedal is Visit Scotland's Award winning 'Best Outdoor Experience 2022/23! Start your day of exercise and fun by meeting your group and guide at Bridgend Farmhouse, 10 minutes car/uber from The Royal Mile. After a short meet and greet with your guide, set-off along cycle paths into Holyrood Park. We go through the Innocent Railway Tunnel built in 1831, the oldest in UK and underneath part of Arthur's Seat. We then enter Holyrood Park, where you will get the chance to stop for some photos with the stunning backdrop of Arthur's Seat, the extinct volcano and views over Edinburgh city. We then follow a cycle path on the John Muir Way, to Portobello Beach where you shall stop for a refreshment or perhaps a dip in the North Sea!Includes

- • If coming from a cruise ship, it's unlikely you will make our scheduled start time. You must be able to cycle 12 miles in total. All riders must be able to ride a bike safely, including the children. Suggested minimum age 8 if they are riding a bike. If your child requires a child seat, please inform us in advance - £20 to hire the child seat. (suitable for children up to 22kg)
