Begin your experience at a small, unique bar at the Arches East Market Street in Edinburgh. Be seated at a table and be presented with 2 sparkling wines and their accompanying cheeses. Learn how to taste the wines with and without the cheese and make notes on the tastings and fill out a score card. Discover the wines' origins, official tasting notes, vineyards, and the processes by which they are made. Follow the same process to taste 2 white wines and accompanying cheese and again for the reds. End your experience with a tasting of a brandy liqueur made by distilling English Chardonnay.
