Once the dough is made, we will show you how to present it in three different ways – Petticoat Tails, Highlander Shortbread rolled in Demerara sugar, and classic shortbread biscuits. During the class we will talk about different flavourings and at the end of the class we will help you pack up your shortbread to take away with you.
