Learn the art of making scones in a hands-on class. Discover the science behind creating the perfect scone, whether it’s a plain or fruit scone to eat at teatime with jam and butter or clotted cream, or a savoury variety to have with lunch. Master the techniques for a quick, light touch and a soft dough. Make three different flavours, and by the end of the class, become a scone wizard. Take your freshly baked scones home to enjoy.
