Description
This masterclass explores Scottish gins and the unique methods used by Scotland’s distillers. You will sample eight craft gins representing diverse Scottish styles and learn about pairing gin with cheese and premium mixers.
Mixers include Cushiedoo Tonic, Bon Accord Tonic, and Fever-Tree Mixers, selected to enhance the flavours of each gin. The session covers key facts about Scottish gin production, botanicals, and how to enjoy gin beyond the class.
The two-hour session is hosted by a senior member of the 'Gin Gents' team. It is suitable for anyone interested in Scottish gin but is not appropriate for guests with dairy intolerance. All participants must be over 18, with Challenge 25 ID checks in place.
