Sample three distinctive Scottish whiskies at The Tolbooth Tavern, located in the original Canongate Tolbooth building constructed in 1591. The medieval building once collected tolls from travellers entering the Canongate and has housed The Tolbooth Tavern since 1820, making it one of Edinburgh’s oldest pubs.
While visiting, you can also enjoy hearty, home-cooked Scottish dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.
