Next, travel to Holy Island, also known as Lindisfarne, to explore the haunting ruins of Lindisfarne Castle and Lindisfarne Priory, significant for their Christian heritage and history of Viking invasions.

The tour continues to Bamburgh Castle, a fortress perched on a rocky outcrop along the Northumberland coastline. Explore its courtyards and regal halls while taking in the coastal views.
