Starting in Edinburgh, the tour heads to Hermitage Forest for a walk along the River Braan, ending at a waterfall. Then visit the village of Dunkeld, including its ruined cathedral. Proceed to Pitlochry for a guided tour of a whisky distillery with a malt whisky tasting (not an official distillery tour).
Afterward, visit Queen Victoria’s favorite viewpoint in Tay Forest Park overlooking Loch Tummel. Continue to Loch Tay for an optional lunch at a lakeside restaurant. Later, enjoy coffee by Loch Lubnaig and meet the Highland Hairy Coos.
