Airport Arrival Meet & Greet Service (subject to selected package): Be welcomed at the arrival gate with a personalized welcome placard and enjoy an escort through immigration checkpoints (where applicable), baggage claim (up to 1 checked bag and 1 cabin bag per guest), and to your pre-arranged transportation pick-up point
Airport Departure Meet & Greet Service (subject to selected package): Meet your Personal Assistant at the designated passenger drop-off zone and enjoy porter assistance from the curbside to the check-in counter for one 23 kg checked bag and one 10 kg cabin bag per guest. Benefit from escorted assistance to your check-in desk via the fast track security checkpoint, followed by accompaniment to your airline lounge (if applicable) or directly to your boarding gate

Important Information
- Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
For Departure Meet & Greet Service, the service will begin three (3) hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. For example, if your flight departs at 3:00 PM, the service will commence at 12:00 PM, and guests are required to arrive at the airport at that time.
We will only serve the number of guests stated in the original booking. If additional guests arrive beyond the confirmed number, we reserves the right to reject service for the excess guests without refund.
A no-show will be recorded if guests fail to arrive within 30 minutes of the confirmed service time, and full charges will apply.
In the event of flight delays exceeding two (2) hours from the scheduled arrival or departure time (STA/STD), the Meet & Greet service will be forfeited.
