The Scotsman Spa

Within the eponymous Scotsman Hotel can be found the Scotsman Spa, a relaxing oasis in the turbulent Edinburgh high street. Housing a Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Tropicarium, Artic and Tropical Showers, the Spa also offers 30 extensive treatments and harbours a fully equipped gym - truly catering to your every need.

Whilst the 16 metre swimming pool offers an aptly heated pool and pool loungers, the Jacuzzi sits alongside at a toasty 38 degrees with bubbles and jets to soothe any soreness. The sauna will make you sweat in Edinburgh’s sweat-less winter months, but for a less intensive heat alongside there is a cooler Steam Room, a drier Tropicarium and Artic & Tropical showers to help you to adapt to the temperatures.

Treatments include massage therapy, manicures, hydrotherapy, facials, waxing as well as traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as acupuncture and cupping therapy.

Meanwhile, the fitness gym contains the latest and best in specialised gym equipment for the perfect workout.

After all that hard work, you can sit back and enjoy the juice bar and eat at the café.
