Meet your guide, Daniel, a professional comedian and historian with a Masters Degree in Scottish history who has experience working in the whisky industry. Throughout the tasting, Daniel will talk you through the process of whisky distilling as well as its unique history and powerful cultural connection to Scotland and its people. Daniel is ably assisted throughout by his sidekick and Scotland's friendliest and finest dog, Brahan, aka the 'Bonnie Prince'.
