Description

On this incredible tour, we explore the beautiful Scottish Highlands seeing castles, lochs, sculptures and perhaps some ‘Hairy Coos’ along the way. Departing on an air-conditioned bus (16-34 seats) we head towards our first stop at the iconic Kelpies, where you can take a close up look at these magnificent sculptures. We make our way towards Balloch, situated to the south of Loch Lomond’s Bonnie Banks. Here you can explore and take an optional hour-long boat cruise on the loch. Departing Loch Lomond we head towards the quaint village of Aberfoyle before exploring the picturesque Duke's Pass. We’ll also stop to meet and snap a selfie with the shaggy, friendly Highland cows -Scotland’s cutest locals! (Please note that we cannot guarantee hairy coos during the winter months November-March, although we will try our best to spot them!) Passing through Callander we make our way to Stirling where you can either take a stroll around the city centre or visit the historic Stirling Castle. Heading back we stop to catch a glimpse of the famous 3 bridges that span the River Forth before returning to Edinburgh *Boat cruise and entry to Stirling Castle are paid for on the day and are not included in the price of the tour.

Important Information

• Children must be 7 years of age, with no exceptions. We do not allow groups over 8, please contact us to discuss larger group bookings. Optional extras are not included in ticket price and can be purchased on the day of the tour: Loch Lomond boat cruise & Stirling Castle Please note that we do not allocate seats. The Highlands have plenty of winding roads, if you suffer from motion sickness, we advise taking preventative measures. Buses don't have toilets on board, we make frequent comfort breaks instead. You are welcome to bring a small bag onboard the bus, along with a packed lunch, snacks or something to drink. Due to insurance reasons we are unable to allow passengers to remain on our buses unaccompanied at any stop on tour. Edinburgh return is at approx. 18:30 PM, please allow a minimum of 2 hours past arrival time for any onward travel in case of delays. Missed tours are nonrefundable. When using public transport or taxi to the departure point, please allow extra time.
