Description

See the best of Scotland on a 2-day Isle of Skye private tour from Edinburgh. Visit the famous Harry Potter Bridge (Glenfinnan Viaduct), Glencoe, Loch Lomond, Fort William, and iconic castles, and take in the scenery of Hollywood movies including the Harry Potter and James Bond series. Day 1: Departing from Edinburgh, drive north through Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. First, stop at a village perched on the banks of Loch Lomond. Head through the conservation village of Luss and travel on to Glen Coe. Learn of clan massacres as you stand amongst the eerie but beautiful glen. Keep an eye out for amazing wildlife and see breathtaking views. After lunch in the Fort William area, stop for photos at Britain’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis, before heading to the famous Harry Potter bridge. Spend the night on the outskirts of the Isle of Skye and rest up for the next day. Day 2: Make your way to Scotland's iconic Eilean Donan Castle before crossing the bridge to Skye. On the island, explore the famous Fairy Pools, the Neist Point Lighthouse, and Dunvegan Castle. On the way back, drive through the Cairngorm Mountains, and see the picturesque Victorian town of Pitlochry. Then, relax as you are taken back to your hotel in Edinburgh.
