This restaurant has an excellent reputation for food, service and the overall experience of it. Highly recommended by locals and visitors from abroad, the Plumed Horse performs up to the standard of the Michelin Star it possesses. It has won more than a few national categories for restaurants, and is a great place to find the more exotic of European cuisine including venison, veal, rabbit, monkfish and foie gras.
Named perhaps after another Michelin Star restaurant in California, the Plumed Horse was founded by an award winning chef and can now be found in Leith. Many of the clientele will travel far for the Plumed Horse, enjoying the seamless service as much as the food. The staff will be more than happy to relieve any discomforts or requisites of any who enter their doors.
